• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Support teammates with administrative tasks
• Perform data entry tasks into our management system
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with management system data entry
• Insurance experience preferred (or willingness to obtain insurance licenses)
